Description
Standard template tool names always start with the prefix 'T-'.
When a developer uses a Standard template form as a starting-point, but customizes it (that is, changes one or more of the standard sub-forms) for a specific application, the prefix must be removed.
Motivation
By providing all Standard template forms with a prefix 'T-' a developer can quickly distinguish between the Standard Template forms and custom forms.
