Description
Form actions are always invoked from an action in the action bar of the form or from hotspots and/or buttons on the form. Form actions may not be visible in the action menu of the Notes client.
Motivation
Form actions are always associated with the document that the user is creating, reading or modifying. Therefore it is wise to locate the action on the object that is being used.
